Thyme Pure Essential Oil

Antispasmodic, antiseptic, anti-bacterial, insect repellent. Can be used to treat skin infections, eczema, headaches, coughs, flu, sinus, and sore throat.

Usage:

• Steam inhalation: Mix 3 drops of rosemary oil and 1 drop of thyme oil with 2 cups of boiling water, cover yourself with a blanket and inhale the steam for at least 2 minutes. It may burn for a while; do not be too close to the steam in the beginning.
• Applying to skin infections or eczema: Mix 1 drop of thyme oil with one teaspoon coconut/olive oil and apply to the infected area.
• Disinfectant / antiseptic: Mix 2 drops of thyme essential oil and 2 drops of peppermint essential oil with 1 cup of water and use as a surface / skin disinfectant.

Caution: Thyme may increase blood pressure if used on a regular basis. Do not use on babies, small children, or during pregnancy.
