For the treatment of:

• Hay fever: Put 1 drop of lemon oil and 1 drop eucalyptus oil on a tissue and inhale.
• Swollen glands, upper respiratory tract infection, and laryngitis: Mix 4 drops (adults) or 2 drops (children) of lemon oil with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and massage 3-4 times per day to the upper neck area or swollen glands.
