Dehydrated Sweet Potato

Dehydrated sweet potato flakes are easy to eat and delicious. 

Dehydrated sweet potato is a dried vegetable made by washing and drying fresh sweet potatoes to remove most of the water in the sweet potatoes. The original color and composition of vegetables remained basically unchanged. It is not only easy to store and transport, but also can effectively regulate the low season of vegetable production. When eating, it can be restored by immersing it in water, and the original color and flavor of the vegetables are preserved.

Cooking method,  
cover with boiling water, let Re-hydrate for 20 minutes, add spices, and cook like normal fresh vegetables.
