Dehydrated Peas

Cooking method,  
Cover with boiling water, let Re-hydrate for 20 minutes, add spices, and cook like normal fresh vegetables.
(Dehydrated Peas take longer to cook than other veggies, if possible, leave in boiling water overnight).
